Subject: COVID-19 health emergency
Dear Customer,
following the new Decree of the President of the Council of Ministers dated 11th March 2020, the measures aimed at containing the spread of the COVID-19 virus (Corona Virus) have been further intensified on the entire Italian national territory (GU Series n. 64 of 11.03.2020).
The document establishes specific measures for the entire country, including the closure of further non- essential activities and services. Transport will continue to function, industries and factories will be able to work but they will have to guarantee safety criteria, while at the same time non-essential company departments must remain closed.
With reference to what is contained in the DPCM, our Company continues to give the highest priority to the health and safety of people through numerous precautionary measures within the organization, including:
- Promotion of smart working
- Attention to the application and compliance with the hygiene rules indicated by the competent authorities
- Precautionary provision of gloves, masks and sanitizing gels for staff who request them
Our business and production remain active but, given the Italian and European situation, supplies and deliveries of goods to our customers may be delayed.
We regret now for any inconvenience caused by this situation and thank you for your understanding; it is our intention to resume the regular operation of our services as soon as circumstances permit.
We are fully aware of the concerns created by this extraordinary situation and, in the same way, we are focused on operating with the utmost care and quality possible.
